It’s the delicate, precise shaping of the front teeth (mainly the biting edges). It makes them stronger and less likely to chip or break (I know that’s the opposite to what you’d think, but it’s true). It’s also completely painless. Aesthetically, it gives the teeth a nice ‘tailored’ look.
